Hibiscus (Jamaica) Description
Also called roselle. Sourced from North Africa, these hibiscus dried flowers, are a full-fla-vored herb with a rosy, tart flavor. Preferred over whole hibiscus for tea use.
Note
Hibiscus is sometimes intercropped with peanuts. Product samples are tested for absence of peanut allergen proteins, but product may contain rare traces of peanuts.
